Ah... Such as the Mind of a Little Boy... Or Is It the Troubles of the English Lanugage??

Now of course, I have to talk about the cruise, as we just got back from one, and well, it's fresh in my mind and it was fun and it was memorable, and I was told it was a BVE, Best Vacation Ever. :D

Before the cruise, I got a call from Carnival, talking me into getting a suite instead of an ocean view cabin. It was a good deal, and it came with perks like VIP check-in and check-outs, and a balcony, a bigger room, etc. So I got sucked in.

Alex asked me where the cabin is. I told him the front of the ship, as all suites are in the front of the ship.

The day we boarded the ship and checked into our cabin, finally, he asked me suddenly. "Mom, where're all the candies?"

I blinked. What candies?

He replied urgently, "you said the front of the ship is where they store all the sweets!"

I blinked twice, then suddenly realized what had happened. ha!
