After months of erking over Alex's long hair, my parents have decided to make a desperate attempt at getting Alex to cut his hair... $100! IF he gets his haircut, he gets $100! (They never offered me a deal like that!)
Anyway... after about 3 seconds of considering and weighing the pros and cons (as you can see how much of arm-twisting THAT was...), Alex gleefully said "YES! I'll do it!" (I had to take a picture of him after the haircut as proof before my parents would fork over the money. Hence...)
DISGUSTING! How corrupt is that?!!!!!
(sidenote: I had opted to let Alex have some control over his hair, and not dictate what he can or can not do too much. so when he wanted to let it grow, I left it alone. So I guess it's still within his control to decide to have it cut. But for what it's worth... I liked it long better. Alas, hair can grow again. :D)
