well ok, he has landed already apparently, at local malls across the country, I'm sure.
This afternoon we joined the millions of other families all over in the painful waiting of the magic moment with Santa Claus, where the parents either roll their eyes while their kids settles down on Santa's lap with his 3-page-long wish list; OR struggle in vain to try and calm their little terrors from wailing and keeping as far away from Santa's lap as possible. Ahh... that was a long sentence!
Anyhow... so mine were neither! After waiting oh-so-patiently in the looooong line to see Santa, (during which at several points the boys wanted to give up and go home!) Alex told Santa he would like the Nintendo Wii and would he please make sure he gets it, and Jared didn't want to have anything to do with Santa, without the wailing. Just matter-of-factly saying "Nope, I don't wanna!" So what the heck did we stand in line all this time for???
Alas, tis the season and all that. At least we saw Santa, another myth the myth busters should work on! (Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the more you try to NOT end a sentence with a proposition, the more you find you can't do it???)
Ho Ho Ho!
