Where have I been all these years???

So I was feeling icky (is that a word even?), so I went and got a pedicure, for the first time in my life. Yes yes, I know, that's why the title is "Where have I been all these year, Liz!

Anyway... It was AWESOME! Nothing like sitting there getting pampered for an hour! Well, it started out as half hour of pedicure, but I didn't realize, having never done it before, that I couldn't put on my shoes afterwards until the nails are completely dry. So I had to sit there and wait, and wait, and wait... Well you get the idea. So I decided, while I was waiting, to get a French manicure. That must be why they wanted you to wait that long!


See how pretty my hands are now?? haha! Well ok, so that wasn't totally worth it, since I managed to scratch part of it as soon as I left the nail salon, and It's got little chips and lines ever since. Anyway, the last time I got a manicure was for our wedding, more than 10 years ago. Guess I won't be getting another manicure anytime soon. But the pedicure was DEFINITELY worth it!
