okay....

So this was/is my first officialy day with 6 boys. And let me tell you, what a day! We spent the day working on the backyard. "Grandpa" had them cut down tree branches, raking leaves and packing them into lawn bags. Easy, right? NOT! There were lots of tattle-taling and bickering. They sounded like old married couples! I'm tired from just listening to them and playing mediator. We did get lots done though. Quite a day! And of course EVERYONE was looking forward to "Uncle Eric"'s return. Cuz the "reward" for a hard day's work comes after Uncle Eric come home.


So we took them to laser tag. They LOVED it. Jared and I watched and took pictures, while they ran around like wild men, Eric included (or maybe I should say especially Eric). Now they are playing Diplomacy, a strategy board game where they get to scheme against each other or coorperate to overthrow UNCLE Eric. lol Yes, again, Uncle Eric is the common "enemy."

I hope they had enough fun tonight that we'll hear less whining tomorrow. :D
