I woke up this morning to a FREEZING cold house. I went to up the temperature on the thermostat, but it didn't work! Panic, panic! I changed the batteries in the thermostat to no avail. More PANIC! Then.... I remembered "the switch!" The switch on the stairway down to the basement that controls the oil furnace... And WHO can you think of that would flip the switch on his way up or down the stairway to the basement???
"J-A-R-E-D!!!!"
