Summer vacation and camps begin... and so does the Mommy shuttle service.
Alex is soooooo excited about the summer camps. He can't wait. He wants them to start tomorrow, instead of waiting allll the way til Monday. I hope my planned trip to the aquarium tomorrow can measure up to the 3 days a week swimming and the field trips to Port Discovery and other exciting places. :p (so to those of you who question my maternal love for my children because I sent them to summer camps, bah to you! :D)

On an entirely unrelated note, Jared got bitten today, by our neighbor's cat. He loves cats and has always been friendly with them. But of course the one time I wasn't looking at him when he pats the cat, the cat takes a nip at him. Doh! He was allll traumatized. It was quite amusing. He was sobbing hysterically, going "Why, *sniff*, did she do that? She hurt me! I don't want her to hurt me. I was trying to hug her!" ahh... there lies the problem. But alas, he will get over it. He has never been a kid who remembers trauma. I'm not sure if I should be thankful or fearful...
