Museum of Science and Technology

We had heard about the Shanghai Museum of Science and Technology all along, and we finally made it. (Okay, the English link didn't work for me when I clicked on it, sorry!) It was VERY cool and the boys had a great time! It was very hands on and very interesting. We visited most of the exhibits, and spent the whole day there.

For the most part, there were English translations on all the signs that explains each exhibit. However, they didn't have English for the pc stations and the interactive quizzes.

The kids got to "walk a tight rope", blue screen style; order a robot to pick a "bag" by color; steer their way to different planets; create their own nuclear power plant; compose their own music masterpiece; experience holographic sound; and test their strength, agility, reflection and thinking skills, among other things. It was "awesome!" to borrow a word Ricky loves to use.
